Located on a cul-de-sac in Kirkland's Holmes Point neighborhood, this custom home was over 4,000 SF and boasted high ceilings, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a recreation room, and much more. All on an oversized lot with a huge backyard patio.
This kitchen remodel was completed in order to sell a home in West Seattle, interior designer Brooks Welch Design was collaborated with on this project.

The kitchen included a Wolf range, custom cabinetry, and the design incorporated an extra wine area/butlers pantry.
